Just amazing what we can find when we take the time to look.
Your father, like so many others, looked like a young boy. What an outstanding generation they are!!
Indeed, it’s almost unbelievable what they accomplished. We can learn so much from them.
We could have, but did we? Maybe we can move the next generation. HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I hope some relatives will find this post.
When they do you will be elated you posted it.
Thank you, Yes I put it out there just for relatives. Say do you use twitter when you post a blog? If so does it help?
I do.
That’s exactly why this post is out there. By the way do you use twitter after you post a blog? Does it help you connect with readers. I had to change my email, and since then haven’t been able to connect with blogs I like – all part of being from the typewriter generation I guess.
I had only one person whom I contacted when I saw his Tweet.,,
He was the grandson of Tommy Todd…
The sequel…
I just like to share what I find…
Then I let people find their relatives by Googling their name.
Since I changed my email, I can no longer “like” pages I am working to get this fixed. Sorry
I know deep inside you like my posts.
Thank you for the post. They are truly the greatest generation and we owe them so much.
By the way, Robert B Ruhstorfer, fourth from the right in the front row, was from Kawkawlin, Michigan. He obtained the rank of Lieutenant Junior Grade and passed away March 30, 2013. He was laid to rest at the Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly, Michigan..
May God bless them all!
Robert B Ruhstorfer II
